I come from Europe, and i really like this website. There is a lot of brands and scrapbook products that sometimes i don't have access in my country or another shops. The first and only time i had a problem, it was immediately and professionally solved.

I periodically order from this company. They always have a good stock of items for purchase. Items are shipped fast and in excellent condition. You can't beat these prices either. Highly recommend.

1st & only order & I am still trying to get my money back. Bought some premixed acrylic paints, paid for it plus shipping, 2 weeks later, no reply from them & no money back in my account.. nope! Never again!

Do not order from abroad. You will not only "maybe" receive your parcel, you have to wait 90 full days to file a complaint and even longer for your refund. When you talk to their customer service, they can not explain why you ordered 1 parcel that has never arrived and you ordered another just 4 days later and that was received fine. The tracking is horrid and for the prices they charge for shipping, they can do a lot better than the company they are currently using to ship parcels. The single good thing about them and the reason I even shopped there was the outstanding variety. Id rather sacrafice a little variety to ensure that I get what I paid for. Their prices arent good enough to risk losing your money altogether. If you live outside the USA, avoid like the plague
